Tech Recruiter

You responsibilities.

  • design and implement overall recruiting strategy
  • write and post technical job descriptions
  • source potential candidates on niche platforms, like Stack Overflow and Github (and others)
  • perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants’ abilities
  • interview candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments and behavioral questions)
  • screen candidates resumes and job applications
  • craft and send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates
  • coordinate with IT team leaders to forecast department goals and hiring needs
  • participate in tech conferences and meetups to network with IT professionals
  • compose job offer letters
  • onboard new hires
  • monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
  • provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
  • act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
  • promote company’s reputation as a great place to work
  • keep up-to-date with new technological trends and products

Our requirements.

  • 3+ years proven work experience as a Tech Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter / Tech recruitment field)
  • ability to design and implement overall recruitment strategy
  • hands-on experience with various interview formats
  • source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, referrals & other relevant tools
  • technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles
  • solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress etc)
  • solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search)
  • assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
  • hands on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check etc)
  • solid understanding of HR practices and labor legislation
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • familiarity with HR tools and processes (best practices)
  • very good time management skills
  • strong decision-making skills / self-management of work
  • advanced level of English is a must
  • BS/MS in Social Science
