Responsibilities:

- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets

- Coordinate project activities, ensuring adherence to timelines and milestones.

- Monitor project progress and take proactive measures to address any issues or delays.

- Allocate resources effectively to support project requirements

- Coordinate Development resources to ensure the availability of technical expertise for project tasks.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and dependencies.

- Facilitate effective communication between project teams, Tech Leads, Engineering Managers, and other stakeholders.

- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.

- Proactively monitor and address any issues that may impact project delivery.

Required skills:
- Project Management/Engineering Management experience with distributed teams 

- Previous experience in FinTech 

- 5+ years of experience in a technical role/2+ years of experience in a technical leadership role with backend technologies 

Nice to Have: 

- Java or Javascript/Typescript tech stacks preferred but we will consider also candidates with background in other technologies
