Role Summary

The Inside Sales Specialist role at Yopeso blends strategic sales expertise with a deep understanding of client needs and industry trends. This position plays a pivotal role in driving growth by nurturing existing relationships and leveraging personal networks to identify new business opportunities within the outsourcing and nearshoring sectors. While maintaining a focus on client satisfaction, the Inside Sales Specialist collaborates closely with technical teams to ensure solutions meet client requirements. Additionally, this role involves proactive research to stay updated on market dynamics and capitalize on emerging opportunities. Success in this position is measured by the ability to cultivate relationships, meet sales targets, and contribute to the expansion of Yopeso's client base.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and expand existing client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.

  • Leverage personal networks and industry connections to identify and pursue new sales opportunities.

  • Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions and support.

  • Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to identify strategic opportunities for growth.

  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure alignment between client requirements and service offerings.

  • Generate and analyze sales reports to track performance and inform strategic decision-making.

  • Creating and Driving strategic content creation to match sales expansion.


Required Experience and Skills:

  • Demonstrated experience in sales - in the IT sector.

  • Familiarity with engineering services and technical project requirements.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients and stakeholders.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify sales opportunities and market trends.

  • Proficiency in CRM software such as Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Google Workspace.

  • Experience in managing the full sales cycle, from lead generation to contract closure.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of relevant software sales experience.

  • Understanding of the business sales process and industry-specific certifications.

  • Availability for occasional travel as needed.
